Nobox HR Outsourcing Solutions, a leading global provider of cabin crew, has set up a new unit to provide airlines with pilot staffing solutions. The growing global shortage of pilots is putting increased pressure on airlines to find the right pilots. It is also creating difficulties for pilots in selecting the right airline to fly for. At Nobox, we use our expertise and experience to take the pressure and hassle away from airlines and pilots. We aim to ensure that we find the right pilots for airlines and the right airlines for pilots.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Recruitment Manager with strong knowledge of both recruitment and aviation. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and self-directed individual to be part of this exciting venture.
- Personnel administration - contracts, database processing etc.
- Recruitment of pilots for both permanent and contract roles
- Recruit, mentor and lead a small team
- Knowledge and experience in all aspects of the employment lifecycle, with specific emphasis on management of Employee Relations issues
- Provide a proactive HR consultation service to our employees on certain key topics
- Strong communications skills - ability to communicate virtually and in person
- Ability to travel internationally
- Recruitment experience essential
- The ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Self-motivated with proven organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- The ability to work under tight deadlines effectively and efficiently
- Strong experience within employee relations, change management, talent and reward
- Experience working with senior stakeholders
- Personable with excellent communication skills

- IT Skills (including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point etc.)
